Core Services constitute the foundational elements integral to every Fully Managed IT Service Level Agreement, providing essential resources for a seamless IT experience. Emerge Tech’s Core Services include:
vCIO (Virtual Chief Information Officer): Receive strategic guidance, budgeting, planning, and consulting services. Our vCIO collaborates with you through account reviews and IT roadmaps, facilitating the advancement of your digital transformation journey.
Managed Services Concierge: Your dedicated point of contact for all account details, serving as a trusted advisor and liaison between your vCIO and the service team. This concierge manages inquiries about IT services, invoices, and all aspects of business-enabling technology supporting decision-making, collaboration, productivity, compliance, business continuity, security, and efficiency.
Client Management Tools: Access professional services automation, ticketing, CRM, remote management and monitoring, documentation, communication, notification, and data privacy tools to streamline operations and enhance communication within your IT environment.
Vendor Technical Assistance: We engage directly with your technology vendors for incident remediation, ticket management, and request escalation. This service extends to basic inquiries about your environment, such as allocating IP addresses or facilitating network traffic for approved vendor services.
Procurement Services: Emerge Tech sources products exclusively from authorized channels, recommending business-class solutions. We handle configuration options, ensure proper registration, manage licensing and warranties, and guarantee the authenticity of all procured products.
Network Management: Comprehensive monitoring, administration, reporting, domain name and SSL certificate management, remote incident remediation, and on-site incident remediation. For clients with multiple locations, additional Core Services charges may apply based on expanded Network Management and Vendor Technical Assistance requirements.

How do you maximize responsiveness?

We give users direct access to support, which eliminates bottlenecks and allows us to collect data and insights to identify training gaps and recommend system improvements.
Our Service Level Agreement prioritizes client matters and response times by P1, P2, P3, and P4. A significant server or cloud application outage is a P1.
Assisting with a password reset is a P4. Good news: we can set you up with a self-serve password solution, so you don’t have to open a ticket.
